If you enjoy having a side dish along with your fried food such as Porkchop, Chicken, Beef, and, especially, Fish, try this easy to make Ensaladang Labanos, Kamatis & Wansoy. Watch out, though, because this will definitely perk up your appetite!
You will need:
2 white labonos (radish)
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 tomatoes, medium sized, chopped
3 tbps wansoy or cilantro (or coriander)
5 tbsps patis (fish sauce)
Peel labanos (radish). Slice them thinly. Put them in a bowl and pour over the white vinegar. Squeeze. Discard vinegar.
In another bowl, put sliced labanos. Put in the chopped tomatoes and wansoy (cilantro or coriander). Pour about 5 tbsps of patis (fish sauce). Mix well. Transfer to a dish pan or plate.
Best served with your favorite fried dish. Enjoy!
